We are looking for Associate Engineer
You'll make a difference by
Receiving
- Administration of receiving material
- Material counting
- Preparation of GRN for received quantity
- Offering material for inspection
- Handling rejections
- Co-ordination with Purchase for transit damage Insurance cases
- Support implementation of Lean manufacturing concept
Warehouse Managment
- Pulling of material from Receiving and QI
- Binning of accepted material in Stores and Shop locations
- Production/Extra Cost/Sub-contractor Orderwise material removal & tray preparation
- Data entry to SAP for material transactions
- Reconciliation of differences arising out of PI count
- Regular MIS on Stores Performance
- Periodic shelf-life check of items
- Periodic Perpetual Inventory
- Co-ordination with IE for new product item storage on shop layout
- Support Sourcing KANBAN cycle on Shop
- Support implementation of Lean manufacturing concept
Desired Skills:
- You should have min. of 3+ years of experience along with graduate or postgraduate in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Excellent skills in English (oral and written).
