We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Application Engineer (Automation Anywhere (RPA) Developer) to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Automation Anywhere Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver high-quality automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and Development
- Lead the design and development of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (RPA) technology.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Create detailed solution design documents and technical specifications.
- Programming and Scripting
- Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using Automation Anywhere.
- Utilize programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java) to enhance automation capabilities.
- Implement error handling and debugging procedures to ensure robust and reliable automation processes.
- Process Assessment and Optimization
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document process requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization through automation.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues and bugs identified during testing.
- Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users on using automated solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in RPA and automation technologies.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the development team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as an Automation Anywhere Developer.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, .net or similar.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automation Anywhere Certification.
- Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Experience in developing RPA bots using keystroke and mouse operation-based events, object-based identification, and intelligent OCR capabilities.
- Experience in Power Automate will be added advantage.
- Experience in OData API’s & REST API’s will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
