Key Responsibilities:
(1) Contract Management - vetting, red-line, negotiations, closure, management and tracking;
(2) Litigation Management - liasoning with external advocates, review Reply, Evidence, Written Statements, Objections etc.;
(3) Handling disputes with customers, vendors, employees etc.; ability to investigate, redress and provide adequate closures to all the disputes;
(3) Drafting of Legal Notices, Rejoinder, Replies etc.;
(4) Drafting and templating the legal documents related to the standard business of the company (including service agreements, vendor supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, software as a service agreement, and such other agreements);
(5) Has worked on filing FIRs, complaints and has a sound understanding of procedure under IPC & CrPC.
