ABOUT THE ROLE
Enterprise Technology Service – I & O is strategically positioned to support end – to – end Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) org which includes Edge Computing, Infrastructure, Data protection, Networks, Data Centre and Data Management technologies.
As the Associate Director of Agile, Product Adoption, Analytics, and Productivity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency, accelerating Product Adoption, leveraging data analytics, and optimizing productivity. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes and achieve business objectives. This role also defines, designs, and implements overall improvement as part of ETS I&O Org ; ensures integration and alignment vertically and horizontally across organization. Also defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies and priorities, facilitates and coaches’ improvement across teams.

What you will do :
Product Adoption:
· Develop and implement strategies to drive Product Adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to develop targeted adoption campaigns.
· Analyze user feedback, market trends, and adoption metrics to inform product development priorities.
· Champion customer-centricity by incorporating user insights and feedback into product roadmap planning.
· Establish cross-functional teams focused on customer success, user onboarding, and retention strategies.
Agile Adoption :
· Lead the strategic planning and execution of Agile adoption initiatives across the organization.
· Establish Agile governance structures, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment.
· Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams.
· Drive cultural change by promoting Agile mindset, values, and principles throughout the organization.
· Partner with senior leadership to prioritize investments, allocate resources, and measure progress toward Agile
maturity goals.
Analytics:
Lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies to support business objectives.
· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance, customer engagement, and business outcomes. ·
Utilize advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modelling) to uncover actionable insights. ·
Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and governance.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Productivity:
Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and eliminate waste. ·
Conduct process assessments, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
· Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation by encouraging teams to explore new tools and practices.
Monitor and report on productivity metrics, identifying trends and areas for further improvement.
· Drive Lean & Operational excellence projects, as identified and/or assigned, by leading teams in the application of Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve business problems
· Coordinate, lead and execute improvement projects and initiatives in order to achieve business needs and objectives.

Experience & Essential Skills: ·
Education: Degree level standard or equivalent, preferably in business technology or a related field.
Leadership Experience:
· Experience working with senior leaders, including VP level, to support strategic business performance optimization.
Demonstrated management experience of matrix and multicultural teams over several continents.
· Executive Communication: Confident presenter who likes to get in front of stakeholders or any audience to espouse their and the company’s vision and the merits of products and services. · Networking: Effective networker & Influencer with the ability to form working relationships at different levels and with different stakeholder groups. ·
Service Delivery: Strong experience in service delivery with a focus on customer experience. ·
