Address- Research for Advisory assignments and drafting of written opinions on Tax Advisory for International tax and Tax Advisory for M&A transactions (FEMA will be added advantage)
- Able to resolve the tax queries received by them from the clients,
- Getting notes ready for circulation to clients for any update in Income-tax Act and related acts,
- Getting notes prepared for any tax changes for circulation internally to respective teams from an implementation perspective
- Drafting opinions for advisory matters
- Filing of form 15CA and 15CB for foreign remittances
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant with 3-6 years of Post qualification experience,
- Candidates must have relevant Experience in reputed tax firms
- Excellent Drafting skills
- Excellent communication skills
