Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager -Talent Development
As part of Talent Development teal in corporate vertical of Genpact, you’ll help us drive critical HR metrics and programs for the leadership band spread across globe. This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential. And that’s why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of HR strategy with the goal of enabling high performance culture.
Responsibilities
Leadership Retention and Succession (Primary)
- Maintain and periodically update leadership attrition and succession database with accuracy.
- Support in creating quarterly leadership attrition deck for top management by analyzing past attrition trends, engagement dashboards, competition best practices of retention etc.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely completion of any data requirements for Talent Development team.
Leadership Integration Programs (Primary)
- Drive the engagement and communication for the leadership integration program (Global Integration Workshop)
- Manage the SharePoint portal, engage with participants through weekly mailers, posts and updates on Teams channel
- Implement innovative engagement practices to ensure that attendance, interactivity, and engagement feedback scores for GIW improve in every edition
Organization Design (Secondary)
- Maintain accuracy of monthly leadership repository and organization deck by incorporating organization announcements, exits etc
- As the custodian of sensitive leadership data, maintain confidentiality on

Minimum qualifications/skills
- Excellent Excel and data analytics skills, should have eye for detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, should be able to articulate effectively (written as well as spoken)
- Should bring high energy and good executive presence to interact with leadership band during Global Integration Workshop (GIW)
Preferred qualifications
• Relevant years of diverse experience in HR and OD
