- Candidate should have practical knowledge of chromatographic technique (Like LCMS, UHPLC , GC , GC/MS) analysis.
- Responsible for complete instrumental analysis parameters of Fat (A,D,K,E)- & water (B complex) soluble vitamin , Sugar Profile , Synthetic food colours and Sweeteners , Preservative , Antioxidant , Fatty Acid profile , Natural occurring toxin (NOT) , Afaltoxin etc. in different food products.
- Able to Perform and maintain the records for verifications, inter-mediate checks, performance verification, preventive maintenance and history record of equipment’s / instruments used in wet laboratory.
- Ensure validation data & calibration of all instruments, chemical, consumable, Glasswares etc.
- Monitoring and operating of the sample analysis by UV spectrophotometer, HPLC , UHPLC , GC , GC/MS.
- Responsible forintermediate check of micropipette, and analytical balance , Oven and other lab equipments.
- Ensuring accuracy of calculations, reproducibility of test result.
- Able to Perform and maintain the records for receiving, handling, and storage and approval of Chemical media, reagents, and Mobile Phase.
- Maintain the control of technical records as per requirements.
