We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of- Assistant Manager-Processing

In this role, you will:

• Process Credit lending applications submitted by the customer in line with appropriate controls, company standards, regulatory guidelines, and all applicable credit approval procedures.
• Underwrite proposals understanding the complexities within the lending guidelines.
• Verify documents, Assess Customer Credit Worthiness, perform certain Fraud checks and review/approve credit facilities within stipulated guidelines (credit policy).
• Identify and escalate potential risks, operational and/or otherwise.
• Support achievement of team objectives.
• Identify and escalate possible issues.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Support change initiatives and escalate any concerns.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Commerce/Accounting background).
• Prior working experience of minimum 3 years in any Financial Enterprise.
• Awareness of the types and nature of credit products and processes.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Capability along with adept Financial and Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to work as an effective team member within the department and the company.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative, technical solutions.
