- Prepare marketing & branding objectives - increase in brand awareness and lead generation
- Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on consumer trends and activities of competitors. Come up with new out of the box ideas for marketing & branding campaigns, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
- Prepare marketing plan including 360 degree marketing activities, sales promotions & creating a calendar of campaigns
- Develop marketing budgets in line with company guidelines
- Planning Digital Marketing campaigns, including organic website enquiries, SEO/SEM, display advertising for lead generation
- Identification of and planning campaigns on other digital channels like remarketing, intent marketing, programmatic, influencer mktg, community building
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Use various analytical tools like Google Analytics etc. to monitor performance of various digital activities and generate insights and improve marketing strategy
Track and maintain economical cost per enquiry, cost per qualified lead as also cost per converted order and use the insights to monitor spends and effectively use budgets or readjust spends and/or digital strategy
- Ensure execution of digital advertising campaigns, sales promotion activities from ideation to execution
- Create marketing & brand collaterals for GX.
- Execute various BTL activities like participation in Trade Exhibitions, organise various meets / events w.r.t. Architects, dealers etc.
- Develop experiental marketing tools by use of latest technologies (VR/AR) to showcase offerings for better customer experience
- Ensure content creation & engagement on various digital platforms including Social Media as per the marketing strategy. Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written).
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Ensure brand sanctity in all our communication
- Collaborate with business sales and marketing teams to develop strategic and tactical campaigns and implement the same
- Build and ensure close relationship with various agencies and vendors
- Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to close vendor negotiations, PO release and billing closure
- Monitor & report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against marketing plan and budget at various forums like MCM, review with MD etc.
