Responsibilities.
- Lead multiple project/brand(s) simultaneously and ensure strong integration across the organization.
- Act as a consultant for clients for all digital management matters.
- Spearhead and guide team members who are responsible for engagement, moderation and social customer support across the social / digital web.
- Manage, lead the creative process for digital campaigns and work closely with the Creative Team to ensure that strong marketing standard methodologies are being met.
- Deliver highest level of quality within designated timelines by collaborating closely with Internal teams such as production, media, creative, others and External partners such as consultants, influencers, vendors etc. to suggest improvisation as necessary in SEO / Tech / Video / Media / ORM, other efforts.
- Become a strategic point of contact for clients and establish strong relationship with different stakeholders-internal as well as external.
- Pursue, assess and deliver regular feedback, analysis and reporting on effectiveness of social and digital campaigns, build new strategies as appropriate and share projection plans (bi-annual & annual) with key business/ brand partners for brands enhanced growth.
- Focus on fundamentals of brand's business and similarly identify new avenues to leverage brand's business growth.
- Determine the optimal staffing assignments in order to efficiently lead new business initiatives.
- Efficiently lead the subordinate team in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, strengthen knowledge-sharing across all disciplines, provide with necessary trainings & tools to fortify their core expertise and aid in continued career growth.
- Effectively meet quarterly/bi-annual/annual targets with respect to the allocated business.
- Improve and build advertising revenue through digital advertising and other monetization efforts.
- Liaison and collaborate with external stakeholders for campaigns & projects to oversee and lead respective commercials and negotiations as required Ensuring adherence to accounting diligence through supervising/overseeing estimates, PO, invoicing and final payment release for owned accounts.
- Effectively overcome and resolve complex internal bottlenecks, external client/customer escalations and campaign issues.
- Proactively suggest and implement revolutionary changes within online media networks basis the insight produced from ongoing industry research.
