Application Support Engineer

You will:

• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Managing ticketing tool
• Testing and evaluating Incidents raised by customers.
• Co-ordinating within the technical team.
• Investigating new and known errors.
• Root Cause Analysis of problems raised

You have:

• Any Graduate
• 2-3 Years of Experience in Application Support
• SQL Query knowledge
• Ticketing tool and Log tool knowledge
• API and DB Structure knowledge
• Reasoning and Decision making skills based on priority.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication
