Experience : Strong experience across HR M&A, Post Merger Integration, HR Due Diligence, Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking, Organization Design and Transformation, PMS design, Competency Design projects etc.

Role Purpose : The objective of this role is to support market and client development across M&A workstream under Future Solutions Group across ISC. This role will also be involved in delivery of client projects in the M&A solution areas viz. HR Due Diligence, post-merger integration and HR PMO.
Role Responsibilities : This is a multi-pronged role with responsibilities stretching in various dimensions, both in terms of industries and solution areas. It lays an equivalent focus on both market development and project delivery.
Key responsibilities are :
- Support business development activities related to M&A pitches viz. lead generation, proposal creation, client negotiation, etc. for solutions offered by the team
- Deliver M&A projects in the HR due diligence, post-merger integration and HR PMO, while working closely with all Practices
- Drive the market development of M&A solution area across industries with special focus on Technology, Pharmaceuticals and FI. Formulate and implement a strategy to achieve the same.
