About your team
The Corporate Enablers technology function provides IT services to multiple business functions like Finance, HR and General Counsel, globally. CFO Technology collaborates with Finance and Procurement stakeholders globally to develop and support of business applications that underpin all core finance processes across FIL. This includes on-premise and SaaS solutions, both in-house built and vendor provided. There is a strong focus on data analytics, workflow and automation tools to bring greater efficiencies to these functions. Together with this there is continued move towards greater use of Agile and DevOps practices. CFO Technology team is a global team with people based in the UK, China and India.
About your role
FIL is currently implementing an Oracle Cloud Financials based Multi-Ledger & Procurement solution along with a consolidation system (Oracle FCCS). The global model has been designed & implemented and has been rolled out globally across 30+ countries. This vacancy is for a highly motivated Senior Functional EPM Consultant who can quickly understand the business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
FIL is currently implementing an Oracle Cloud Financials based Multi-Ledger & Procurement solution along with a consolidation system (Oracle FCCS). The global model has been designed & implemented and has been rolled out globally across 30+ countries. This vacancy is for a highly motivated Senior Functional EPM Consultant who can quickly understand the business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
The right candidate must be able to manage stakeholders, understand their requirements and keep himself updated with the product (Oracle Cloud EPM) features. The focus is on knowledge of tax module and ability to configure tax as per business requirement for various geographies. FIL currently operates in multiple geographies UK, IE, CE,India, APAC (AU, JP, CN, TW etc.)
About you
- 12 + years of hands on experience in implementing Oracle EPM applications FCCS, PCMCS, PBCS and TRCS.
- Knowledge and Hands-On experience of at least two of the EPM applications such as FCCS, PCMCS, PBCS and TRCS.
- Interacting with Business Team, other Functional Consultants/ Business Analysts and documenting BR100/ MC 050 (Oracle Configuration Documents)
- Understanding of Configurations in Oracle Cloud EPM Applications for below processes.
- Excellent knowledge on Consolidations processes.
- Understanding of solution in terms of consolidating Multiple Ledgers for different LEs.
- Excellent Knowledge on Allocations and Adjustments
- Must have: Understanding of Financial consolidation and close module and other EPM modules such as PCMCS allocations.
- Detailed understanding of EPM functionalities such as data management module, hierarchies, ownership module, narrative reporting.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of EPM TRCS and PBCS products.
- But there should be willingness to cross skill to TRCS and PBCS,
- Nice to have: Journal Processing and approvals using BPM. R12 experience is acceptable. Cloud experience is desirable.
- Must have : Knowledge of integrating third party systems into Oracle EPM applications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business problems and propose solutions in terms of system configurations.
- Ability to comment on Fitment of requirements in Oracle Cloud EPM products.
- Nice to have : Understanding on Cloud SmartView reporting capabilities.
