Director - Creative Studio Head
As a Creative Studio Head, your primary responsibilities include leading the creative direction of the studio. This involves overseeing the ideation and execution of projects, ensuring they align with the client's objectives and the studio's artistic vision. You'll collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide creative solutions, and manage client relationships.
You'll lead a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Talent management is crucial, involving recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Strategic planning is a key aspect, where you'll define the studio's creative goals, develop project timelines, and allocate resources efficiently. Budget management and adherence to deadlines are essential for successful project delivery.
As a leader, you'll represent the studio in external interactions, networking with clients, industry professionals, and potential collaborators. Additionally, you'll stay updated on industry trends, ensuring the studio remains at the forefront of creativity and innovation.
Your role also includes handling administrative tasks, such as resource allocation, project tracking, and reporting to higher management. Balancing artistic integrity with business objectives is crucial, making business acumen an important skill for a Creative Studio Head
You will:
- Manage inter agency relationships within the agency network and be seen as a leader and trusted advisor in operations and staffing
- Act as escalation point for agency network issues and creating opportunities for expanding on services.
- Build and engage a multi-disciplinary localized leadership team to ensure work is meeting/exceeding client expectations.
- Ensure a collaborative approach internally and across agency partners to ensure happy and productive working relationships.
- Develop process efficiencies and quality improvements at a discipline and/or office level
- Work with agency network operations and delivery leads to develop and manage strategic staffing plans, taking into consideration casting, mix, revenue and capacity management.
- Work with discipline leads, to ensure casting and talent alignment
- Oversee all local resourcing and forecasting, working with Annalect India operations and delivery team to ensure utilization of resources, resolve resourcing conflicts and ensure efficiency and optimization of the team.
You have:
- 10-15 years experience in an agency environment, with operational expertise at the core of that experience
- An understanding of creative production agency structure, processes, resources and project requirements.
- A highly collaborative in approach - with agency partners, and across disciplines, focused on creating a healthy environment that ensures success of the team and the agency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage communications at all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multitask and be highly productive in a very fast paced / demanding environment
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to negotiate solutions to problems impacting multiple stakeholders.
