As an Analytics - Business Analysis - Associate within our data analytics team, you will promote automation of new and existing processes using data transformation tools like Alteryx, SQL etc. You will help with requirement gathering and project management for analytics dashboards in Tableau / Qlik.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive automation of new and existing processes using data transformation tools like Alteryx, SQL etc for data analytics in Tableau and Qliksense
- Help with requirement gathering and project management for analytics dashboards in Tableau / Qlik
- Support ongoing development of dashboards by partnering with dev and user test groups to identify requirements, bring in new datasets, support new users and train new team members in using the toolset
- Effectively drive teams toward robust set of delivery milestones.
- Engage strongly stakeholder engagement
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in program management leading strategic or transformational change with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and relevant work experience required
- Experience in data transformation tools, such as Alteryx
- Experience in data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, QlikView / QlikSense
- Enhanced data mining skills using SQL, SAS, Python or other equivalent tools, Snowflake
- Extensive experience in project delivery across multiple streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals.
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence.
- Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach.
