Responsibilities:
1. Assist in processing and managing orders for Agro Commodities such as quinoa, chia, dry fruits, spices, Peanuts, Herbs, Animal Feed, etc.
2. A B2B Background can be preferred.
3. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
4. Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and documentation.
5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
7. Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
8. Assist in coordinating domestic sales activities for Agro Commodities, ensuring smooth transactions and timely deliveries.
9. Liaise with clients and vendors to facilitate order processing and address inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Agro Commodities Sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or degree is a plus.
4. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Basic understanding of Agro Commodities and the domestic sales process.
7. Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office suite).
8. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
9. Eagerness to learn and grow within the Agro Commodities industry.
NOTE: Minimum 1 year of Experience in selling Organic products/Peanuts / Groundnut / Sesame seeds / Quinoa/Chia etc.
