Position: Oracle ERP system Admin (6 months Contract role)
Location: Gurugram OR Remote, India
Work Time: 2:00PM to 10:00PM IST
**Please note this is a 6months contract role**
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of ERP system
- Provie reporting support, including but not limited to build/update various custom reports in Fusion
- Lead integration of other systems to ERP, or other systems used by Accounting.
- Collaborate with the Accounting, Operations, and other business partners as well as System Developers, and other technical resources for process improvements
- Lead training sessions for new system users, document procedures
- Implement and maintain technology related SOX controls including IT general controls, platform security, application configuration and security controls, segregation of duties, change management, user access and authorization.
- Assist ad hoc projects
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of accounting knowledge required
- Certificates of Oracle functional support is required
- Extensive experience in configuring Fusion modules such as Cash Management, Payables, Receivables, Fixed assets, General accounting, Revenue management, Financial reporting center, Translation and Consolidation.
- Proficient in BI publisher reporting, OTBI reporting, Smartview reporting
- Proficient in build/maintain expense allocation rule, account cross validation rule, and foreign exchange rate
- Experience in Fusion integration with 3rd party applications is required, such as bank platform, billing platform, or internal data warehouse
- Good to have experience in other Fusion modules such as Collections, Procurement, Financial Analytics, etc.
- Good to have beginning to end experience in implementing a leading ERP system for a mid to large sized company (Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience implementing and maintaining technology-related SOX controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
- Ability to work overtime as required to meet deadlines
- Able to thrive in a fast pace-setting
