Business System Analyst

Your scope of work / key responsibilities:

• Business System Analyst with 3-5 years total exp to perform the following :
• Elicitation, Requirements Analysis and Documentation , Gap Analysis & Functional Specification Document
• Ongoing support of business applications by problem analysis , resolution , reporting and escalation as required
• Work closely with virtual teams (Business Users , Development , QA and Project Managers) to ensure timely delivery of tasks /projects
• Participating and sharing Functional knowledge with rest of the team.
• Participates in conference calls and able to communicate effectively
• Should be willing to provide on call support as and when required
• Occasional weekend and / or off-hour work in support of project implementations
• May be responsible for conducting a test plan review and acquiring test plan signoff.
• Designs and creates test case documentation including test situations, data setup, execution steps and expected results.

Key Qualifications and experience:

• 3-5 years of Business System Analyst experience in IT.
• College graduate degree from reputed organization
• Good communication skills.
• Team Player.
• Strong Analytical , Mathematical and logical capabilities
• Exposure to Customer Communication and Management
• Technical Credentials: BSA, Gap Analysis, LOMA Certified
