JOB RESPONSIBILITY

· Work with team of application developers (team members and vendor partners) and collaborate with a solution architects and onsite leads to effectively deliver projects, enhancements, and applications.

· Responsible for Estimation, Planning, Managing team for the complete project

· Execute/Manage end to end project i.e., from Requirement Gathering to software development and implementation, and overseeing operations team

· Define development standards, create Technical Design documents, approach to solutions, Agree and set SLA's and standardize reporting process

· Propose automation solutions maximizing efficiency and productibility, addressing security and performance concerns and creating reusable code components

EXPERIENCE

· At least 3+ years of experience in Pega Technologies.

· Work with the administration and development teams to ensure that designs effectively accommodate long-term maintainability, supportability, robustness, and scalability of software solutions.

· Keep abreast of patches including minor and major version releases.

· Regular RAP deployments from non-production through production environments.

· Evaluating merits and risks of upgrades; coordinating with appropriate staff to execute patches to deployed applications; monitoring day-to-day operational health of deployed applications.

· Responsible for maintaining operational health of PEGA PRPC application.

· Responsible for updating appropriate system level documentation and knowledge base documentation.

· Advise development team on performance improving solutions.

· Conduct DR drills on a scheduled basis

· Required Specific Technical skills (Hardware/Software)

· Demonstrated experience inSystems AdministrationandAnalysis is must.

· Strong JVM experience is must.

· Experience with application/platform performance monitoring tools such asPAL/AESis must.

· Strong experience in the Analysis and Tuning of RDBMS is must.

· Web application experience in WebSphere App Server (JBOSS/Tomcat experience) is a value-add.

· Pega CSA certification is required.
