Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as the Head of SI Partnerships & SaaS. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving ecosystem expansion through strategic alliances with System Integration (SI) partners, with a specific focus on partners involved in Digital Banking deployments. Additionally, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for our Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings in the fintech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Management:
- Plan and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with Global System Integration (GSI) partners.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
- Identify and onboard new partners to enhance the SI ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal functions such as Product Managers and Engineering Heads for seamless alignment.
SaaS Go-to-Market:
- Lead and drive go-to-market efforts for SaaS offerings in the fintech space.
- Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different stages of the partnership journey on the SaaS front.
Ecosystem Expansion:
- Drive expansion in the fintech solution landscape with a focus on Digital Banking, mobile money, and digital wallets.
- Ensure a deep understanding of SAAS as a business model and the operating model of a software product organization.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience, preferably in handling channel relationships and alliances for mid to large-size software product organizations.
- Prior experience with System Integration alliances is highly desirable.
- Exposure to the Digital Banking solutions landscape is a significant advantage.
Process Expertise:
- Proven ability to define and execute effective processes and standard operating procedures.
Communication Skills:
- Strong communication and articulation skills, with the ability to engage in CXO-level conversations.
Global Exposure:
- Mandatory global exposure to effectively navigate and collaborate in a diverse business environment.
