The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Prepare tax documents
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Fully responsible for all accounting functions including preparation financial statements, reports and bank Reconciliations for the Management.
- Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of total business results.
- Prepare and adjust entries and trial balance, account and bank reconciliation and financial statement.
- Prepare various schedule and analysis of significant account balances.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and TDS working details every month.
- Prepare salary sheet on the basis of daily attendance and other miscellaneous expenses.
- Prepare GST working details on monthly basis and reconcile with the GST portal.
- Managing & Filling all TDS & GST compliances in time.
- Coordinate with banks and other outside service providers of the company.
- Manage the entire book keeping records in a proper manner, such as fixed assets, daily supplier and contactors payments and reimbursement by cash or Bank.
- Confer and coordinate for audits with the internal and external auditors.
- Conduct various audit i.e. Interim Audit and Statutory audit procedure such as receivables and payables confirmation and collect all the require documents for auditors to complete the audit.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors regarding terms and prices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
