Address- Drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for Saas & Marketplace Business.
- Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.
- Own the product roadmap and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders.
- Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.
- Strategic Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables.
- Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines.
- Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities, evaluate results.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to assess product mix and marketing strategy.
- Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Product Experience - 15+ years of SaaS/ consumer internet / ecommerce product management experience, preferably at a growth-stage startup. Great intuition around what makes a product engaging and easy to use across devices.
- Technical background with an understanding of software development principles.
- Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
- Ability to translate complex business processes and functional requirements into a technical solution design, architecture and data flows.
- Ability to inspire others, including demonstrated experience managing and leading strong teams.
