Job Overview
An accountant is responsible formanaging financial transactions, preparing financial statements, ensuringcompliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support forfinancial decision-making within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping:
- Recordday-to-day financial transactions.
- Maintainaccurate and up-to-date ledgers.

5. Financial Analysis:

- Supportdecision-making processes with relevant financial information.
6. Audit Support:
- Collaboratewith auditors during internal and external audits.
- Ensure thatfinancial records are accurate and compliant.

7. Compliance:
- Ensurecompliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and legalobligations.
- Stayinformed about changes in financial regulations and standards.
8. Payroll Processing:
- Processemployee payroll and ensure timely disbursement.
- Handlestatutory deductions and contributions.
9. Financial Systems:
- Utilizeaccounting software and financial management systems.
- Maintainand update financial databases.
Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or CertifiedPublic Accountant (CPA) are often preferred.
2. Experience:
- Relevantexperience in accounting or finance roles.
- Familiaritywith Indian accounting principles and regulations.
