• Ensure renewals and drive growth in assigned accounts• Develop relationships with C-suite and business buying personas• Maintain metrics, manage opportunities, and meet quotas consistently• Produce accurate and timely forecasts• Understand product offerings and business challenges of clients
Requirements
• 8+ years experience selling Enterprise SaaS or solutions to academic accounts• Experience selling to university presidents, provosts, and deans• Ability to work with Customer Success teams• Strong understanding of Challenger selling methodology• Effective presentation and time management skills• Ability to travel 25% of the time
