Job description

Amazon gives individuals or businesses the chance to sell their products on the Amazon platform through the Amazon Marketplace. This Marketplace is used by more than a million vendors globally, which helps Amazon succeed. By utilizing a variety of tools and initiatives, we help new Sellers succeed by removing obstacles and supporting them from the moment they launch on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
•Contacting Sellers to fast track their onboarding procedure, by notifying them on the required/missing documents for onboarding.
•Providing Sellers with white-glove support to book their first shipment through calls and emails.
•Increase the shipping frequency of Sellers by continuously monitoring their activity and nudge them in case they are dormant.
•Maintaining a good seller relationship to assist sellers with any blocker when cross-bordering their goods between European countries and providing a great seller experience.
•Managing and driving the growth of the Sellers business by providing market place ASIN level recommendation and delivering on key business opportunities for Sellers
•Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams.
•Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
A day in the life
Your day will progress driving seller engagement to help selling partners increase their cross border shipment thereby directly increasing their sales business. This is done by closely working with them to make their first and subsequent shipments using EU Compliance processes to ensure friction free selling on Amazon platforms. You will speak with Sellers in different countries via phone and email and use various internal tools. You will also work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.
About the team
IN Compliance is one of the strategic team under Seller enablement growth org, ISS. This team aims to enable SPs be compliant (VAT, Environment, product compliance etc) while selling on Amazon EU region. Team engages with SPs on day to-day basis, de-risk their account issues, unblocks stage-wise issues and guides them to complete the essential steps for each stage in compliance needs.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Hyderabad, TS, IND
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
