Job Location: Kolkata
Professional Experience & Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA with Automobile industry having 5-7+ years experience in Automotive, Preowned Industry, Online Auto Classified Industry for similar roles.
Job Purpose of the role: Achieve short term and long term business objectives ( Network development, Increase Volume, Identify different buy & sell Sources, Increase Market share & Customer satisfaction).
Role Description:
1.0 Business Volume & Growth:
1.1 Responsible for all zonal activities, including interacting and sourcing of buyers and sellers, listing of vehicles and promotion of resale platform at zonal level
1.2 Collaborate with all business stakeholders for platform enablement as per company mandated processes. Auditing different process of the business regularly
1.3 Establish local partnerships and relationships to enable earned media, tactical tie-ups to drive low-cost retail activities in the catchment areas
2.0 Channel Management:
2.1 Analyze market potential & business opportunities to translate them into expansion roadmaps, manpower projections
2.2 Manage all aspects of Channel Relationships for making it profitable
2.3 Ensure channel development on company mandated SOPs/guidelines on Infrastructure, Systems, Process and People requirements
2.4 Identify opportunities/concern area for the product/market and workout medium and long term strategy to achieve business target
2.6 Coordinate with Regional Managers for business improvement actions
3. Business Profit & Profitability:
3.1 Coordinate from the company side to close on all financial dealings with the channel partners
3.2 Drive new monetization opportunities, ensure optimum resource utilization for better cost efficiencies
3.3 Improve Revenue per unit through selling from Value-Added Services for both Dealer & Company
3.4 Check the business unit standards adherence and initiate corrective actions based on mystery customer audit
4. Market Intelligence:
4.1 Systemically collate, monitor and share - market trends, competition insights, broker market feedback etc. on monthly basis
4.2 Understand consumer demand on both procurement and retail side
5. Customer Experience & Retention:
5.1 First custodian of Customer Experience and Retention
5.2 Deliver & Communicate business unit Advantage to the consumer as key USP
5.3 Identify customer expectation, Measure Gaps, Translate/ Align to process, Audit process adherence & Take corrective actions.
5.4 Grievance resolution & customer delight
