- 10+ years of experience in Architect and implementing Talent/HR Solution application including Workday Application.
- Lead customer through all project phases of Workday HCM Implementation including Discovery, Architect, Configuration/Prototype, testing and Deploy.
- Must have Certification in Core HR for Workday & having additional Workday Sub-module certification advantage (Recruiting or Absence or UK Payroll or US Payroll).
- Advice customer in fully integrating the workday system with their business environment/3rd party.
- Should have knowledge in localization and legislative requirements in the UK/US.
- Ownership on HR Solution implementation and create data architecture and providing best practices consulting expertise in architectural strategy and implementation.
- Incorporate Security principles into all technology strategies and solution Developed.
- Work with Data Migration Team, configuration, Tenant builds team.
- Work closely with integration Team with functional data mapping and configuration impacts.
- Create and maintain business requirements documentation (BRD/FSD/TSD) and process documentation including data flows, diagrams and charts to support requirements.
- Focus ways to improve the process of Delivering workday solution.
- Manage timely completion of all integration efforts.
- Excellent communication Skills, capable of distilling complex issues into simple, commercially compelling plan.
- Co-ordinate activities across the vendors and consistently meeting the project Deliverables.
