Why are we hiring?
- We want to build strong HR capability for WheelsEye for the field team to enable optimal support in terms of driving business agenda on the ground
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- Building infra for recruitment- Evaluate Onroll +freelancers & agencies mix and set capabilities.
- Ensuring on time recruitment of field employees through multiple channels. Ensuring cost of recruitment is as per plan. Evaluate and edit recruitment processes: JD/target companies and profiles/ Comp range/TAT/Interview rounds/ %age hike to be offered etc.
2. Cost
- Ensuring GnA Cost is defined for each function and built in the AOP- Coordinate with business and finance. Ensuring adherence to cost for each function and sub function- do monthly reviews with business and finance + Identify reasons for variance and chalk out a path to control.
3. Structure
- Define Job Bands- to define structure/ give clear avenues for career growth- should have a clear job band/ salary band at each off roll/ on roll position- maker.
3. Attrition
- Trend Analysis- Map hub wise/ month wise attrition data Chalk out a clear plan jointly with business to contain top talent attrition with clear targets around attrition metric.
4. Performance Management
- Evaluate current KPI scheme and earnings of people- are we incentivising top performers sufficiently/ are incentive earnings sufficient to enable (good performance + retention+ business delivery)
5. Compensation
- Conduct appraisals within defined guidelines and timelines
6. Engagement
- Recognition/communication/ fun: Monthly RnR/Townhall/ fun events to recognize top performers and communicate about company/ dept updates
7. Policies
- Evaluate key policies for the field like travel policy/ leave policy etc. and make changes
Requirements
Core skills:
- Data Analysis- Ability to know what data is required for which problem/ analyze data to arrive at clear problem areas
- Execution Excellence: Ability to plan out execution step wise along with Plan B and C work with divergent stakeholders/ close within timelines and delivery quality output
- Stakeholder management: Getting the work done through both central and on field stakeholders
- Team Management: Ability to lead a team (should have managed a team earlier) -
- Business understanding- Should be able to understand business metrics/ PnL and how his/her work related to overall business priorities and PnL
Core Experience
- Overall experience of 7-10 years
- Should have worked as HRBP for field teams in a startup for 2-3 years. Should have handled either 1-2 regions/ one business unit independently in that role
- Should have handled around 100 cr annual revenue worth of business as HRBP and >500 workforce
- Should have worked on projects in cost/ productivity/ attrition/ recruitment should have led projects and outcomes in the above fields- both data backed planning and execution
- Should have done bulk recruitment (Ok even if the person has done this at a smaller level in HRBP role but should know how to drive numbers in bulk)
