- Representing the full spectrum of HR function for the business unit(s) and acting as the single point of contact for all their needs.
- Working with other HR sub-functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning, International HR, etc for a better employee experience
- Pro-actively gathering business needs and communicating the same to HR sub-functions so that deliveries can be on time and of the best possible quality
- Proactively address business issues related to Grievance, workforce development and productivity.
- Works with HR Head on HR strategy and ensure that HR strategies and programs are properly implemented
- Focus efforts towards Top talent development, Improve retention and manage employee relations
