Job Title : Vice PresidentPerformance Delivery COE

As a Performance Delivery (PD) Vice President, you will be a senior player-coach, strategic partner to executive business leaders delivering business assessments and operating model transformation that strengthens the operational foundation by enabling efficient growth and driving better outcomes to help Fidelity provide the best experience for our customers and for our associates.

The incumbent will have an entrepreneurial spirit, partnering with PD Practice Leads and executive/senior business sponsors to influence the identification of work that will drive expected outcome on the most critical performance metrics in your portfolio. Requiring a strategic approach and the ability to tell a compelling value story to leaders is critical to staying ahead of the status quo, which allows partners to achieve their goals.

We place heavy emphasis on aligning people, process, and technology initiatives while routinely using significant judgement on complex business problems requiring in-depth understanding of the functional areas involved.

In addition to delivering value to our partners, you will lead a small team of PD Manager and/or Directors and will be asked to help coach and mentor our team and develop our practice by improving our capabilities while exploring new and emerging services for us to offer.

The Team

Performance Delivery is a center of excellence responsible for the development and deployment of leading practices and solutions within Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing (WI) business unit. We partner with Sales, Service, and Transaction Processing functions to improve their business performance across a broad portfolio of cost and revenue improvements while focusing on risk reduction, quality improvement, customer happiness, associate experience, and strategic enablement.

PD delivers measurable value to the WI business unit and our customers by offering industry-leading business performance capabilities delivered by credible talent that are highly collaborative with our business partners. The Expertise You Have

  • Large scale, core business & process transformation improvements

  • Bachelor’s degree a must. Post-Graduate degree preferred

  • Business evaluation and assessment

  • Operating model design & redesign

  • Process and technology integration of capabilities and architecture

  • Strategy facilitation and execution within a cross-functional, project-based environment

  • Financial Services / Benefits Outsourcing industries experience is a plus

  • Proven expertise in Digital transformation
