The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
- Ideate opportunities that will lead to digital adoption and enhance revenues.
- Drive the successful delivery of the business 5 year Corporate Plan.
- Drive strong business engagement and challenge.
Business
This role drives the engagement with wider segment and product teams to deliver DCDA objectives.
This role will also define and publish metrics for DCDA.
- Supporting CFO in relation to business performance management of DCDA, articulating performance with financial and non-financial KPIs.
- A key aspect of the role is to engage with the business to carve out revenue that can be attributed to DCDA.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of performance management reporting, actual performance, monthly outlook, accurate FY outlook forecast, commentaries, Cost and Revenue tracking, drive process simplification, accuracy, timeliness and automation.
- Deliver insightful and actionable Analytics.
Processes
- Drive process excellence agenda, ARIS Maps, Process Documents.
Risk Management
- Creating effective backups.

- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. - Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment].
- Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.
