Tally ERP.9
Sales and purchase bills entries
Bank entries – receipt and payments
Bank reconciliation
Debtors / Creditors reconciliation
Knowledge of GST
Email communications
Cash flow Management
Monthly Reporting for Accounts Receivable and Payable
Paying bills/ salaries / regular expenses of the organization
Function as a liaison with our auditors during the audit process
Bank Reconciliation, Account Reconciliation, Inventory Management
issuing bills and invoices
Maintaining track of investments
Co ordinating with banks from time to time
Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time
Keeping track of stocks of the books
Maintaining a monthly profit/loss statement of the book sales etc
Maintaing expense sheets
Good knowledge of computers
Email etiquette, MS OFFICE and handling NET BANKING etc
12. Other Details, which we should know – Should maintain confidentiality of the accounts of
the organization, be trustworthy, loyal and reliable. Should be punctual and meet deadlines.
Should be open to working longer hours in case required to meet deadlines.
