The Role

The role appears to be that of a Finance Specialist responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimising financial processes to support the organization's objectives.

Skills Requirements

Mandatory Skillset - Accounting and Banking Knowledge, Statutory Payments, Cash Flow, Monthly and Yearly Books Closing

Secondary Skillset – SAP, MIS, Audit, MS Excel, and Communication Skills

Requirements

• Perform day-to-day bank accountingtasks in SAP.
  
• Conduct monthly bankreconciliation.
  
• Handle payments to vendors,subcontractors, credit card companies, utility providers, visa fees, and onlinepurchases from ecommerce websites.
  
• Manage statutory payments such asincome tax, PF (Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation),PT (Professional Tax), NPS (National Pension System), and GST (Goods andServices Tax).
  
• Disburse salaries at month-end andreconcile salary payable accounts, PF payable, ESIC payable, NPS payable, etc.
  
• Maintain an inward remittancetracker and submit relevant documents for Softex settlement against advancereceipts.
  
• Facilitate forex transactions foremployees traveling overseas on B1 Visa (USA, UK, Europe & Ireland).
  
• Open and close bank accounts as perrequirements and complete necessary bank formalities.
  
• Handle bank formalities for newloans and loan renewals.
  
• Address audit points and assist teammembers during audit periods for a smooth audit process.
  
• Coordinate with managers andbusiness unit heads to assess weekly cash flow requirements.
