Job description:
- Responsible for both Inbound & Outbound calls
- Timely resolution of issues within TAT
- Co-ordination with Functional Associates for early response to customers
- Collection / Collation of Database from Associate Function
- Timely submission of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports
- Meticulous & timely implementation of various activities
- Vendor co-ordination
- Time to time Updation of Product & Process knowledge
