At Schbang, you will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge within internal teams. Focusing on both the general educational needs and specific digital marketing training, you will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs that align with Schbang's goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities - Internal & External Trainings at Schbang
1) Curriculum Development:
Design and develop training modules focusing on digital marketing and overall advertising principles.
Collaborate with subject matter experts at Schbang to ensure your content is accurate and current.
Utilize your knowledge of instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning experiences.
2) Training Delivery:
Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and online.
Customize training materials to meet the unique needs of various departments
at Schbang.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs you develop and make
continuous improvements. 3) Digital Marketing Focus:
Use your 6 months to 1 year of digital marketing experience to infuse practical industry insights into the curriculum.
Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the training you develop remains relevant.
Create curriculum for team members at Schbang in areas like SEO, SEM, social media advertising, etc.
4) Administrative Duties:
Plan and manage the training calendar and logistics at Schbang.
Monitor and report on training metrics and outcomes to the management.
Manage the budget and resources for Schbang's L&D department.
5) Continuous Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest in instructional design methodologies and educational technologies.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your subject matter expertise, particularly in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
6 months to 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Certification or Diploma in Digital Marketing.
Experience in curriculum development or training at an organization like
Schbang. Skills:
Proficiency in topics such as Social Media Marketing, Brand Management, GTM, etc.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent project management skills.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel if required by Schbang.
