Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design and Deliver Recruitment Strategies and drive all streams of recruitment for the company's businesses to ensure recruiting levels meet business demand for Hyderabad city.
2. Ensure that the hiring targets are met within the specified time lines.
3. Review existing TA systems and establish processes to streamline systems with focus on delivery.
4. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings in Hyderabad and develop a network of potential future hires as the need may be
5. Develop sourcing strategies for all open positions and able to train/coach recruiters to achieve.
6. Oversee and execute all stages of candidate recruitment experience (including application, interviews and communication until joining).
7. Measure key recruitment metrics, like time-to-hire, time to join, quality of hire, new hire's performance and retention ratios etc.
8. Stakeholder management and recruitment vendor's relationship.
9. Use of Social media and other sourcing techniques and tools for head hunting / recruitment of the right fit for the organization.
10. Responsible for high volume recruiting strategies, campus recruitment and allied activities for wide range of positions.
11. Periodical TA reviews with management & stakeholders.
12. Should be good at MIS (MS Excel), reporting and dashboards.
