Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on scaling Graphy's business in the US market. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), this role will be responsible for developing and executing Performance Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, deep expertise in Performance Marketing channels, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Performance Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market share in the US market.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously optimize marketing campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and performance tracking to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display advertising, social media, and other Performance Marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and content, to develop compelling marketing assets and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze campaign data, and provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Customer Acquisition:
- Implement effective customer acquisition strategies to reach and engage target audiences, driving qualified traffic and conversions through various marketing channels.
- Utilize audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting techniques to optimize audience reach and engagement across different stages of the customer journey.
- Identify new growth opportunities and innovative marketing tactics to expand Graphy's customer base and market presence in the US.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in Performance Marketing to inform strategy and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of Performance Marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable results and achieving performance targets.
- Experience in the education technology industry or B2B SaaS market is a plus.
- Familiarity with the US market landscape, trends, and consumer behavior.
