This role is for you if :
- You see yourself developing as a subject matter expert in the field of Employer Branding & help articulate EB messages.
- You are excited about building and promoting employee value propositions for organizations.
- You can plan, formulate and execute advertising, marketing, promotion, and digital and social media strategies for clients.
- You liaise with creative & media partners. And be responsible for developing the brand and campaign-specific creative briefs to ensure relevant communication development & management.
- You can successfully monitor the effectiveness and efficacy while strategising campaigns for customers they handle
- Work with the team to create a solid branding message that's reflected across marketing materials, social media content and internal communication
- Consistently keep abreast of trends and changes in the industry and make required changes in Employer Branding strategy and execution
- Comfortable in leading and presenting the campaigns/concepts to the clients
