Role: Growth Manager- Revenue Operations
Location: Mumbai
We are transitioning from a 'startup' to a 'scale-up' and are currently seeking an experienced Growth Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building the business from ground zero to one, focusing on Revenue Operations and Sales Development.
We built a cloud-based business platform where manufacturers & traders can network with each other and discover trusted buyers and suppliers on the network.
Founded in 2016, TranZact is a B2B business platform for Indian Manufacturing & Trading SME's. TranZact brings different teams of SMEs on a single platform where they can collaborate efficiently to manage their entire business. On TranZact, companies can create documents, communicate and collaborate to grow their business rapidly.
On top of the business transaction platform, we want to build an Intelligent Transaction-backed Marketplace to connect buyers with relevant and trusted suppliers and provide value-added services such as logistics & financial services.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations Strategy:
- Develop and implement Revenue Operations strategies to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate partnerships into overall business operations.
Revenue Forecasting and Analysis:
- Oversee the development of revenue forecasts and provide regular analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Implement data-driven insights to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and risk mitigation.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations and Partnerships team.

- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, enabling professional development and growth.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 college (IIT/NIT) is required; an MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIM) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of revenue generation processes, sales operations, and partnership development.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue forecasting.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
