Category Growth Manager - Mobility Solution
Role:
This individual will be responsible for building market leadership in Mobility Solutions space by delivering robust growth through new innovative value propositions, while sustaining the BAU business & increasing it's profitability. KRAs for this individual are topline (Revenue & Growth), bottomline (Net Contribution) & innovation.
What You'll Do:
- Category Growth & Revenue: Develop the category marketing strategy and product roadmap to grow the category revenue; Work closely with Sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Drive P&L: Own and drive the overall product-category P&L and improve unit economics
- New Product Development: Lead the new product development initiatives. This will include identifying new areas of growth and launching new products in line with broader strategic goals
- Pricing: Drive revenue growth by working closely with Sales team on proposals especially customized solutions for various B2B partners
- Increase Market Share: Enhance existing product offerings and customer experience to increase market share
- GTM: Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch (GTM), working closely with sales, service and tech teams
- Influence User Journey: Work closely with tech team to develop/improve the user journey experience
- Improve Customer Experience: Work with teams like Customer Service, Operations etc. to improve our customer retention
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business development / sales leaders to meet category revenue targets
- Consumer Insight: Develop deep understanding of Consumers, and Market need gaps to develop new products & value propositions
What You MUST have:
- 7-8 years of proven experience of building & growing new categories in consumer space
- Experience of working in a Consumer/Insure/Health/Fin-Tech startup ecosystem is MUST
- MBA from a reputed institute
