Drive Profit Improvement Plan for MFL
- Identify possible areas of leakage/improvement in the channel P&L for better performance.
- Follow-up with Branch and MDPs and collect Overdue as per the due date.
- Saving in Discount Budget
- Debiting OD 180 days to MDPs
SOP (business/finance) adherence and Internal Controls including GL scrutiny.
- Management audit
- Customer reconciliation and balance confirmation
- Closing all provisions within 90 days after closure of Seasons
- Find and rectify the loopholes in the IT system.
- Provide information to Auditors related to Provisions and answer the queries.
- Standardizations of all agreements
- Process improvements.
Critical GL Analysis
- Analyze the discount provision G/L and check the provision adequacy.
- Analyze the Return Provision G/L and check the provision adequacy.
