- Salesforce Automation and Digitization
| - Partner with vendors, corporate & Plant teams to plan and develop/implement/operationalize Digital Solutions such as CRM, ecommerce, chatbots, analytics for solving business problems based on priority.
- Conduct PoC / piloting of Digital solutions before a full-scale implementation
- Identify relevant optimal & cost-effective Digital solutions, plan, discuss, pilot, and implement the solution & capture the benefits, and report the impact.
- Change Management
- Prioritization of change requests and avoidance of excessive customization to keep the platform standard and relevant.
- Project Management

| - Keep abreast with latest advancement in the Digital technologies and develop innovative solutions that yield business transformation and significant financial impact across Revenue, Operational Expense, Customer Experience, and/or Risk mitigation.

| - Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of applications.
|
- Technical and management skills
| - Skilled in people management, vendor management, integration with other relevant platforms, data analytics / modeling as needed for digitization and developing a data enabled and analytics culture.
- Agile/Scrum project management and execution

Qualifications: Bachelor Of Technology,Bachelor Of Engineering
Minimum Experience Level:3-5 Years
