Context & Role:
Context: Achieve Sales Targets assigned for the Territory by Supervising and Motivating a team of 10-15 FLS
Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for targets allocated to PNB Branches.
2.Managing Team of 7-15 FOS and motivate them to achieving the business targets.
3.Interacting with the circle head and maintaining cordial relationship for facilitating business .4.Providing necessary support to PNB employees for insurance sales and addressing any queries .5.Team Handling across Geographies
6.Managing FLS Productivity
7.Initiatives at FGM/Circle level to Drive penetration & productivity in branches
8.Training, driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications
9.Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets
10.Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market
11.Build relationship with the business partners and manage concerned stakeholders
Required qualifications and experience:
Any Graduate or Post-Graduation with preferably 5 to 7 years of life insurance sales experience.
Knowledge and skills desired :
1.Knowledge and experience in life insurance industry.
2.At least 2 years at a supervisory level.
3.Leadership and Team Management Experience.
