Function/ Department: Car Loans
Job Purpose:
The role entails scaling up the business for the Car loans lending for a designated area by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team - Product Head, Operations, Sales, Information Technology, Credit, Business Intelligence Unit for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of Car loan customers in the identified segment
- Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analysing transaction-banking needs of the customer
- Provide regular feedback to Regional Managers on opportunities and customer needs
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures defined by the organization
- Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
- Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology / Mathematics / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management
Post-graduation: MBA
Experience: 5 to 10 Years in Car loans
