•Agree upon the area with CSM CDA in which he will carry market potential assessment
•Discuss the plan with CSM-CDA of appointing CDAs and business targets with them and get a sign off on the implementation plan
•Evaluate capabilities and interest of CDAs
•Do expectation setting of the CDA as per category viz. Rookie, Silver, Gold, Elite.
•Drive & assist them to recruit advisors
•Assist them with training and guidance to conduct business
•Accountable for overall productivity of the CDAs. And advisors below them
•Ensure compliance of all CDAs and advisors below them
•Help top performing advisors to grow into CDAs or SMs
•Avoid any kind of channel conflict and take a participatory approach to close issues
•Maximise business in the area and from the CDAs and advisors below them
•Track competitor s information and devise strategies to become the market leader in the defined area
