5+ years of experience in materials characterization or failure analysis. Should have an in-depth, handson understanding of Dual Beam FIB/SEM Familiarity with a wide variety of materials characterization techniques (SEM/ EDS, FTIR, CT/X-Ray, etc..) and fundamental failure analysis methodology. An expert in conveying complex data sets from multiple sources into a concise and understandable form. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable in communicating with cross-functional partners. Previous experience with microelectronic display process technologies would be considered a plus. Outstanding problem solving abilities Ability to balance multiple high priority tasks at the same time Flexible and able to quickly change course to meet the needs of the business (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.) TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
