We need curious, customer-focused team members who are driven by successfully enabling customers on the mindtickle platform to join our rapidly growing global Success Specialist and Enablement team. Our team strives to provide customers with easy-to-use, high-quality, just-in-time education and advisory services.
At Mindtickle, the role of Instructional Designer goes beyond traditional instructional design. Along with creating content, you'll have the opportunity to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including storyboarding, development, and providing training solutions. Our product training is provided as self-paced eLearning and Instructor-led Workshops. In this role, you will collaborate with Success Specialists and Enablement team members, Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and more to evolve our self-paced eLearning offerings.

What’s in it for you?
- Apply knowledge of instructional design and adult learning to design, develop, and deliver engaging product training for a global audience
- Develop all aspects of self-paced eLearning modules including needs analysis, storyboarding, scripting, and module production
- Conduct deep technical and user analysis of the Mindtickle platform workflows to develop comprehensive and engaging training
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with SMEs during all phases of development and delivery as required
- Create project estimates and ensure timely delivery
- Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across audiences and modules
- Develop and maintain a high degree of product knowledge and related technologies
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer focused on software platforms, preferably in SaaS companies
- Exhibit advanced skills in needs analysis, storyboarding, scripting, and module production/development
- Experienced and drives projects end-to-end with SMEs from analysis to final deployment
- Have hands-on experience building eLearning using authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, or Rise
- Have Familiarity with MS Office, G Suite, JIRA, and Slack
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have experience with learning management systems
- Have Instructional Design Certification (Preferred)
- Experienced in instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning theory (Preferred)
- Have the ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines (Preferred)
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills (Preferred)
