- Communicate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to obtain necessary information for developing learning materials
- Recommend appropriate learning solutions in all delivery formats (face-to-face, e-learning)
- Create effective training programs and materials for corporate training environments and/or e-learning delivery formats (including instructional media elements, storyboards, e-learning content, visual aids, presentation materials, text to voice conversion)
- Responsible for designing visually appealing, appropriate graphics, animation, videos, or interactive activities needed by Maersk GSC, Front Offices and HQ.
- Design multimedia presentations, e-learning design templates and interfaces
- Collaborate with Functional Global Training and Development (T&D) trainers and Instructional Designers to create appropriate visuals for e-learning programs
- Demonstrate a good business understanding - the ability to understand the complexity of our business and the many audience cross cultures and countries and what engages them
- Assist in publishing quarterly newsletters/e-magazines
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream and certification in Multimedia Arts / Digital Media, instructional design or anything related is a plus.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Story building with the most basic content making it more relatable and ensure retention
- Gamification of Training content and quizzes using latest industry practices Initiative-taking and takes end to end ownership of the Project with minima supervision
- Can identify gaps in the training content and can improvise narrations and sentence construction in the scripts.
- Minimum 4 years work background and experience of end-to-end eLearning design and development (Analysis-Storyboard/Scriptwriting-Design-Development)
- Strong Knowledge and experience with digital media tools such as:
- Adobe Captivate
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Audition
- Adobe InDesign
- PowToon
- Articulate Rise
- Articulate Storyline
- Articulate 360
- Knowledge on mobile development and AR/VR technology is a big plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Package (Office 365, SharePoint, etc.)
- Familiar with learning management systems or e-learning technologies (i.e., Cornerstone, Percipio)
- Must demonstrate good knowledge in adult learning theory and instructional design principles in managing the development of eLearning modules and other instructional materials
- Knowledge e-learning best practices
- Can be a support contact for all eLearning training-related queries
- Candidate must have a strong design portfolio and should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of art and design fundamentals with an eye for details
