Job Purpose
Drive sales of Birla estates properties by both directly interacting with prospective customers as well as through a network of external brokers
Key Responsibilities:
1.Pitch the project to the customers as per the designed sales pitch to achieve the target booking value and quality of sales
2.Plan & execute the lead generation activities to generate the target number of sales leads
3.Meet the channel partners in the market to increase the pool of channel partners selling BEPL projects
4.Provide training & required support to the Channel partners to equip & engage them to sell and make them marketing active
5.Promote the usage and equip CPs to handle the Channel Partner App to increase usage of Channel Partner App
6.Gather market information and share the insights and MIS as per formats at the agreed frequency
