Job Purpose
Execute legal operations and provide assistance and support to the respective Team Leads, implement the litigation strategy and execute all activities related to compliance, trademarks and copyrights of Cipla to ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of business operations from a legal standpoint
Accountabilities
I. Provide adequate support to the respective Team Leads and Businesses for all matters as applicable to the business to ensure adherence to specific state/country laws and regulations
II. Execute complete front-end transactional support for negotiations to ensure business continuity
III. Implement the litigation strategy and necessary procedures and systems across all businesses and
IV. Execute all activities related to the management of all trademarks of the company globally to ensure protection against misuse
V. Execute all compliance related activities as per relevant laws, regulations and internal corporate policies, to enable business to achieve the defined targets in accordance with the relevant regulatory standards
VI. Execute all legal activities related to M&A deals by liaising with the international business team in order to achieve the group objective of EBITDA led growth
